This is a great deal with so many participating products that it needs its own post!
Here’s the deal: you will get $3 instantly off your order when you spend $10 in participating products. Note: when I say that you will get an “overage”, you will not be getting cash back. Rather, you should combine your deals so that the “overage” can be applied towards other items.
For example:
Get 4 Playtex Disposable Gloves: $4
Get 6 Healthy Harvest: $6
Total: $10
less: 4 $1 Playtex coupons
Less: 3 $1/2 Healthy Harvest coupons
Less: $3 instant savings
Total: $0.00 out of pocket!
Likewise, some coupons may double to more than the “After Instant Savings price”. Use any of those overages to reduce your OOP costs on other items!
For example:
Get 4 Hormel Completes: $8
Get 2 Ronzoni Healthy Harvest: $2
Less: 4 $.75 Hormel Compleats coupon from the 9/13 Parade magazine (will double to $1.50 each)
Less: $1/2 Healthy Harvest coupon

Do you know of any coupons that I missed? Post them in the comments!

WOW–thank you SO much for this post!! It’s going to be a busy week:)
Yeah – I really wish that I wasn’t so far behind in my clipping!
Thanks! Just printed a bunch of coupons out. I did have one suggestion that would make it easier for me anyway. If you could make your links pop up in a blank browser it would really help. For like the Ronzoni – clicking in goes straight there where I have to go through a couple of screens to print the coupon. Then I have to go back to your website then back to the Acme Post. If it popped up in a different window I could just print the coupon and still be right were I left on in your post.
Just a thought!
Thanks for the heads up! Guess I wont be taking this week off when I can get .20 spaghetti!
HI Kelly!
I usually do pop-up windows, but I was trying something different because I’ve received a few emails and comments in the past complaining about all the pop-ups!
LOL. Guess you can’t please everyone.

You can sign up for the nursery water newsletter here: http://www.nurserywater.com/offers/coupons.php and they will email you coupons all the time. As soon as you sign up you can print a coupon for $1 off four gallons.
Thanks Elizabeth! I updated the post!
I have a quick question about these awesome deals–can you do multiple ones in the same transaction, or do you recommend doing multiple transactions? Will different deal categories work together in the same transaction?
For example, if I’m going to do the 10/$10 deal two times, can I buy all 20 items in the same transaction and get $6 off instantly (2x$3)? If I’m going to do a 5/$10 and a 4/$10 deal, can I do those in the same transaction since they’re different “categories”?
Just trying to plan out my massive shopping trip……THANK YOU for all your hard work!
Hi Meghan!
The answer is – I don’t know. We’ll have to wait until the offer goes “live” tomorrow to see!
Sometimes it will work that it will take “double savings” when you do a “double deal” and sometimes it won’t. I would try to do 2 transactions in 1 and see if it does take off $3 twice. if it doesn’t, the customer service desk should be able to adjust it for you & give you the $3 back. if it does, then you can make life easier by doing all your transactions in one shot!
Went to the Acme…spent $47 saved $217!! Used the $5 off $50 too. Yay—we will be eating granola bars, syrup and cookie dough for a while! Thanks for the heads up~
Thanks so much for this post! I was able to print out a bunch of coupons for stuff we really use. After coupons and the instant savings I spent $1.50 instead of the $10.
Love your site!!
Thanks SO MUCH for posting the Acme sale!!! I did a HUGE amount of stocking up and saved $290!!!!!! You are the BEST!
there is a coupon for $.55/2 of the Nursery water in the Nov. issue of Parents mag
So, with the people who have gone, do you have to do separate transactions?
Good question Jenn. Hopefully someone will respond. I’m going tonight but I don’t plan on doing transactions for this promotion as I’m waiting for coupons to arrive.
I did mine in one transaction and it worked. Spent $41.41 and saved $121.00. By doing one transaction I was able to get a $0.20 gas card also(they are having double gas points at my Acme).
Yes, you can do them together. I did 3 at once and before coupons it was $21. And Mindi YOU ROCK!!! Thank you so much for this, your blog helps me in my life so much!
Whooo!!! What a great week at the Acme – $261.55 for $49.48. When I walked in I asked the customer service person if you could do more than one deal and she said no, only one per day per card. I thought hmm… that just can’t be right so I did two to test it. Got the $6 off so went back in and did 9 more! LOL. Also two of the Quaker deals.
Had coupons for everything except Captain Crunch which my one son loves.
Best Deals with coupons – Pop Secret (.20/ea), Ronzoni (.20/ea), Welches Strawberry Spread (.25/ea), and Quaker Granola Bars (.38/ea), Hormel Completes (.36/ea).
Now I HAVE to take the next couple of weeks off. My DH says I can’t do it. LOL. We shall see – the freezer is jammed to capacity so I really have no choice there.

Silly question….can you mix and match within the 10/$10, 4/$10 deals or do you have to do all from one section?
Kim, I asked about 5 Acme emploees today about it and they all said NO. But I still don’t believe them. Did anyone try?
Yes, you can mix and match. I used a few 4/$10, 10/$10 and 5/$10 items all in the same transaction (I did the deal twice – so $20 worth in one transaction). The $6 ($3 for each deal) came off automatically with no problems.
Thank you Lena….I, too, did it today. I was able to mix and match and put 3 on one order. The $9 came off automatically, no problems at all.
The Sparkle paper towels I got in the 9/13 RP was $1 off one 2-Giant roll or larger. So it wouldn’t work for the single roll. Darn:(
