I consider myself a very good cook.  I am always trying new recipes and love trying “advanced techniques”.  Despite this, I can’t make a decent pot roast to save my life!  Heather at Home Ec 101 posted “Pot Roast 101″ and I am looking forward to trying (once again) to make a roast that doesn’t taste like shoe leather!
