No-Bake Coconut Cookies

Want cookies but don’t want to heat up the oven? Then No-Bake cookies are your best option right now! Here’s a recipe that I haven’t come across before for Coconut No-Bake Cookies. To make them you need:

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant coconut flavor pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
  • 1 c. sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cappuccino Flats

These cookies not only look good but they are also gluten free!
  • 2 cups Bisquick® Gluten Free mix
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules or crystals
  • 1 teaspoon hot water
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup shortening

Chocolate Surprise Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut Butter and Chocolate? Is there a better combo than that? These cookies combine those 2 amazing things, soft peanut butter cookies with a nice surprise of gooey chocolate in the middle! To make them you need:

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp shortening
  • 3 tbsp butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

What an easy way to make special flavors of cookies! Just grab your favorite flavor of Jello and check out this cookie recipe! You’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  •  2 sticks butter (1 cup)
  • 1 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla
  • 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder (I used Hershey’s Special Dark), but if you don’t like dark, just use regular cocoa powder.
  • 2 1/4 cups AP flour
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 oz. Hershey’s Cookies and Creme drops (if you can’t find these because they are a new item use coarsely chopped Cookies and Cream Kisses OR Hershey’s Cookies and Creme Bars)

These cookies would be a fun treat to make for something different. The surprise inside the cookies is a soft marshmallow! To make these cookies you need:

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
