Seriously – if you are blessed enough to not have a child with autism (and don’t even get me started on the root causes), you likely know a family that has been impacted by autism. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for programs funded by organizations like Autism Speaks.  For Lindt to be partnering with them SERIOUSLY increased their “cool factor” with me! (and OMG – the Lindt truffle eggs are to.die.for!)

When the weather is cooler, I turn in to a soup fanatic! I love sitting at my desk or curled up on the sofa with a cup of hot soup.  Bertolli has recently come out with Bertolli Meal Soups and I had a chance to try them. Bertolli products have been a staple in our home…..their authentic Italian-inspired foods are made with only the best quality ingredients that come straight from Italy.

Typically, I can taste a canned or frozen meal a “mile away”, but the Bertolli Meal Soups really did taste just as good as homemade. They are available in 4 flavors right now and with luck, they will add more:

  • Tomato Florentine & Tortellini with Chicken - Cheese-filled tortellini, white meat chicken, spinach and tomatoes in a rich tomato bisque with a hint of basil.
  • Tuscan-Style Beef & Vegetables - Tender beef, mushrooms, yellow squash, zucchini, carrots and celery with bowtie pasta in a savory broth.
