I talk about Swagbucks on this site quite a bit...and for good reason: It's an easy way to earn Amazon.com credits (or Starbucks gift cards, or Southwest gift cards or many others. But I am ALL about the Amazon.com credits!)
Beyond searching, there are the Swagcodes.
What are Swagcodes? Simply put, they are random codes that pop up from time to time giving you FREE Swagbucks. But, because they are time sensitive (more than other deals...as in, you only have 3 hours to get them), I typically don't post them on this site, but I DO post them on the Moms Need To Know Facebook page
So how can you get more Swagbucks beyond just using the Search Engine?:
The SwagBucks Blog: Check out the Swagbucks Blog to grab a code. There won't be there one every day, but they do add them fairly often. You can simply add them to your Reader and browse the blog posts for a code. Unfortunately, Swagbucks rules forbid me from telling you in which post on the blog you can find the code, but it is usually on the front page of the blog.
The Swagbucks Toolbar: Sometimes there are codes on the toolbar, but you will have to download the toolbar to your computer first. I have the Swagbucks toolbar in my browser (I use Firefox) and I am still virus-free, just in case you are worried.
Please note that in the cases of the codes in the Toolbar and the Blog, they are ALL time-sensitive codes. If you are reading the posts or Facebook updates several hours after I have posted them, there is a good chance that they will have expired by then!
Never heard of Swagbucks? Allow me to give you the "nutshell version"
Swagbucks is a search engine just like Google (it’s actually powered by Google and Ask.com) that pays you for doing web searches
You earn Swagbucks when you use their Search Engine to do your searches. This is made easier by installing the Swagbucks toolbar (I kept forgetting to use the Swagbucks search engine until I installed the toolbar. Now it's just a no-brainer!)
450 Swagbucks = $5 Amazon Gift Card
You can get up to 1000 Swagbucks for every friend you refer!
FYI - as soon as I earn enough for an Amazon.com Gift card, I cash it in, wait for notification that it has cleared, then transfer the code to my Amazon account. That way, the credits are always in my Amazon.comaccount when I am ready to make a purchase!
So what are you waiting for? Sign up for Swagbucks today!

I set up a google alert email for "swagcode." I get emails periodically (a few a day) when the masterminds at google find a new mention of swagcode. About 50% of the time I get an update before they expire.

Thanks for taking the time to discuss this, I feel strongly about it and love studying more on this topic. If doable, as you achieve experience, would you thoughts updating your blog with further data? This can be very useful for me.
