As a reminder, the value of the coupons that you find in your newspaper may vary from the value in the provided link! In addition, all of the stores in my area double coupons up to $.99 (so a $.75 coupon has a value of $1.50). If the stores in your area don’t double or your paper is more expensive, you may not find the coupons as valuable as I do!
Check out Sunday Coupon Preview! There should be 1 insert this week: a Proctor & Gamble
Don’t understand the terms or abbreviations that I use? Be sure to read my Coupon Lingo post!
Coupons Of Note
Tide $1: if this is a “true” $1 coupon, it will be nice (I usually get a $1/2 in my inserts)
Dawn $.25: the smaller sizes usually go on sale at 10 for $10
NyQuil or DayQuil $1.50: these have been free to almost free after ECB/SCR/RR at CVS/Single Check Rebate/Walgreens. This coupon could turn those deals in to a moneymaker
Pampers $2 & $3 coupons: must be a little Christmas present from P&G, because the coupons are never this high!
Crest Toothpaste $.50: this one can be used on the ones that go 10 for $10 at the grocery stores, making it FREE after doubling
Gillette Fusion $2: you should be able to turn this coupon in to a free razor after ECB/SCR/RR at CVS/Single Check Rebate/Walgreens
Cover Girl or Olay Simply Ageless $2: you should be able to turn this coupon in to free cosmetics after ECB/SCR/RR at CVS/Single Check Rebate/Walgreens
So how many copies of the paper would I buy?
If I were building a stockpile: 1-3
Now that I am in stockpile-maintenance mode: 1-3
I’ll probably only get 1 copy of the paper….those with children in diapers might want to get the higher number because the Pampers coupons are better than normal!

New to this year’s promotion is that rather than P&G making a flat donation to Special Olympics, this year there will be a coupon redemption program where Special Olympics will receive three cents for every coupon redeemed. The exciting part of this new promotion is that there is no limit to the gift that P&G will provide Special Olympics, so the more coupons redeemed, the greater the money raised for Special Olympics.
Acme is supposedly running a P&G catalina deal soon-spend $25 get $5. Sorry I don’t have any more details.
Get $10 OYNO when you buy $25 of participating P & G products during purchase dates. Bottom of the ad says offer valid 12/30/09 to 1/7/10.
Not sure when Acme will have the sale prices going though. Unless it is super duper good I will be taking the month of January off.
