  • 8 eggs
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream, half & half or milk (obviously, the heavy cream will work best)
  • 1 cup finely chopped ham
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped green pepper
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped onion
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 400. Spray an 8x8 casserole dish with olive oil or vegetable oil spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, salt, pepper and cream
  3. Add cheese, ham, onion and green pepper. Stir to mix
  4. Pour mixture in to prepared dish
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until completely set
