How To Make Cranberry Sauce For Thanksgiving
  • 12 oz Cranberries
  • ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 large Orange
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  1. Rinse Cranberries (make sure to pick out any that look bad) and place in a medium pan.
  2. Zest Orange and set aside.
  3. Squeeze juice from orange into cranberries.
  4. Add water and sugar to cranberries.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add orange zest and ground ginger, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes (until it reaches texture you like).
  7. Allow to cool and refrigerate until ready to serve.
