Ingredients
  • 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1½ tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Corn Starch
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ tsp Oregano
  • ¼ tsp Brown Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 12 Soft Taco Tortillas
  • Your favorite toppings such as diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, salsa and sour cream
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to your slow cooker
  2. Cook on low about 5 hours or until chicken falls apart easily.
  3. Remove chicken from slow cooker and use 2 forks to shred the chicken.
  4. Return chicken to the slow cooker and cook for another 30 minutes.
  5. Fill tortillas with about ¼ cup of the chicken. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
