Chocolate and Peanut Butter Energy Balls With Flaxseed

Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats (not instant)
  • ½ cup flaxseed
  • ½ cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy - your choice)
  • ¼ cup raw unfiltered honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
  • 2 tsp organic sugar (optional or to taste)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined
  2. Roll in to 2" balls
  3. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days in an air-tight container.
