All Bran is included in the 5/5 cereal deal. If you did the freebie AB mailer pack a few weeks ago there was a 2.00/1 all bran cereal making it FREE (wyb a total of 5 of course).
Also, Extra gum is bogo. I saw somewhere that there were bogo insert coupons, but not sure if I got those. I did have some bogo tearpads that I got at Acme a while back so FREE gum!! My coupon had Extra fruit sensations pictured but said any extra (slimpack I think). Coupon beeped for the ones that were not fruit sensations FYI. But, checker put it through. They scan for the full price of 1.39.
Also 18 eggs are STILL 1.79, at least at the KoP store.
We have Porterhouse steak for 4.49/lb which is killer. Genaurdis has the best meats in our town.
I shopped the cereal deals at Randalls. I had stock piled the $1.50 off Kelloggs cereal coupons for froot loops, corn pops, apple jacks, and frosted flakes. The east got a $1.50 kelloggs coupons verses the $1.00 coupon mentioned that expires 7/19. I purchased my $1.50 coupons from ebay for a total of $8.00. I was able to purchase 25 boxes of apple jacks, corn pops, and froot loops for $1.49. I used my $1.50 coupons. I also purchased 15 boxes of pop tarts for $.99 less my .55 cent coupons. My Randalls purchase came to $6.60 – .25 overage from cereal coupons totalling $6.35.
My total oop with purchase of coupons and Randalls buy was $14.35 for 25 boxes of kelloggs cereal and 15 boxes of poptarts.
I am new at this and am very proud of all that I am saving. Thank you all for the helpful posts and suggestions!
Almost forgot, Raisin Bran, Frosted flakes, and Crispix is also on sale for $1.99. What I failed to mention earlier is that you have to buy 5 boxes to get the sale price. If you have your kelloggs 7/19 coupons, there is a $1.00 off coupon on these cereals that are selling for $1.99 making your box .99.
