Giveaway: $5 Dinners Cookbook (3 Winners)

If you’ve been around this site for a while (and assuming that you hang on to every.single.word that I type), you know what a big fan I am of The $5 Dinner MomQuite simply, Erin is awesomeness.  In addition to running a great site, writing a fantabulous book and co-founding the Savvy Blogging group, she is just one heck of a nice person!

The $5 Dinner Mom Cookbook is chock-full of recipes that can be made for less than $5 for a family of four.  The variety is recipes is amazing and includes meals such as:

Baked Chicken and Acorn Squash

Lemon Dill Fish with Red Peppers

Bacon-Wrapped Apple Barbecue Chicken

Beef Goulash

Chicken Pot Pie Bowls

 Quite frankly, I love this book, I love her site, I love her!

When I heard that her book was coming out, I contacted her on Twitter to ask if I could host a giveaway of  The $5 Dinner Mom Cookbook.  Erin was generous enough to provide me with THREE copies to giveaway!
