If you’ve been around this site for a while (and assuming that you hang on to every.single.word that I type), you know what a big fan I am of The $5 Dinner Mom. Quite simply, Erin is awesomeness. In addition to running a great site, writing a fantabulous book and co-founding the Savvy Blogging group, she is just one heck of a nice person!
The $5 Dinner Mom Cookbook is chock-full of recipes that can be made for less than $5 for a family of four. The variety is recipes is amazing and includes meals such as:
Baked Chicken and Acorn Squash
Lemon Dill Fish with Red Peppers
Bacon-Wrapped Apple Barbecue Chicken
Beef Goulash
Chicken Pot Pie Bowls
Quite frankly, I love this book, I love her site, I love her!
When I heard that her book was coming out, I contacted her on Twitter to ask if I could host a giveaway of The $5 Dinner Mom Cookbook. Erin was generous enough to provide me with THREE copies to giveaway!

I honestly could just eat vegetables and be happy but can’t with hubby!
The boys all insist on meat at every meal, and I always insist on a veg of some sort. Pasta, potatoes, rice, etc. are a usual component as well!
