When the weather is cooler, I turn in to a soup fanatic! I love sitting at my desk or curled up on the sofa with a cup of hot soup. Bertolli has recently come out with Bertolli Meal Soups and I had a chance to try them. Bertolli products have been a staple in our home…..their authentic Italian-inspired foods are made with only the best quality ingredients that come straight from Italy.
Typically, I can taste a canned or frozen meal a “mile away”, but the Bertolli Meal Soups really did taste just as good as homemade. They are available in 4 flavors right now and with luck, they will add more:
- Tomato Florentine & Tortellini with Chicken - Cheese-filled tortellini, white meat chicken, spinach and tomatoes in a rich tomato bisque with a hint of basil.
- Tuscan-Style Beef & Vegetables - Tender beef, mushrooms, yellow squash, zucchini, carrots and celery with bowtie pasta in a savory broth.

I actually tried 2 flavors – the Tomato Florentine as well as the Chicken Minestrone. Both were hearty enough for a meal and delicious!
Side note: the bags contain 2 generous servings, so if you are buying them for a family meal, you may want to grab an extra bag!
