Fruit snacks have long been a staple in my home. I’m not crazy about it, but my kids love them.
Because they love them, I am always looking for ones with less sugar, more vitamins (yes – I know that they get the most vitamins from eating REAL fruit…..try telling that to a 4-year old when you are late for 2 sports practices for your older children and she is laying in the middle of the kitchen floor screaming about how she is going to DIE if she doesn’t eat fruit snacks RIGHT NOW. This is NOT the time for a “teachable moment”, unless you want to teach your older children that the 4-year old rules the house!)

We have always stuck to one particular brand of fruit snacks, mainly because the combination of sales and coupons makes them the least expensive. However, our stockpile of that brand is quickly dwindling and I have been looking at other brands. Many factors go in to that..cost, coupons, etc.

I think one of my boys would like berries and cherries while the other would like assorted fruits!
I think my kids would like the assorted fruit flavors the best. My 5 year old especially likes to sort his fruit snacks by color and shape, so I think that flavor would have more colors and shapes.
