Thanks to to people at General Mills and MyBlogSpark, I was able to finally sample the new Romano’s Macaroni Grill Entrees! Last night we had the opportunity to try the Creamy Basil Parmesan Chicken Pasta dish and my notorious family of picky eaters gobbled it up! Preparation was simple; the only thing I needed to add was chicken and a little bit of butter and milk!
There are also 3 more coupons for a free box so I can try the other flavors: Garlic & Herb Chicken Penne, Chicken Alfredo with Linguine and Chicken Marsala with Linguine. Also included in the gift basket was a pasta spoon, a cheese grater and a nice-sized colander!

I subscribed to your feed. I’m sort of new to this site and since i stumbled upon it (i’m quite sure it was featured on bzzagent.com) i visit it several times a day to see what you have written or have found. You have given me new ideas for food and how to save some money. I’m not as savvy as you are, though i’m learning and i’m starting to save money here and there. Thank you so much!
I love the chicken marsala and so does my family of picky eaters. I think your kids might love it too!
I think the biggest struggle for me is that I don’t set out the meat in the morning that I am using and have to wait for it to defrost in the evening…that and a picky eater is not helpful, either.
My biggest struggle is my picky toddler! But she loves noodles so this would work for her! Otherwise i struggle with finding new ideas that don’t cost a fortune to make.
I think I do okay with dinner if I have a “PLAN”. It’s the coming up with the “PLAN” that’s the hard part. I mostly cook from scratch and that makes last minutes meals more difficult. Recently I have been expirementing with Meal Kits and such for such “PLAN”-less night, I can’t wait to try Macaroni Grills options. Thanks.
My biggest struggle is making just the right amount of food… some left overs are ok but since its just me and my hubby if I make too much food it seems we eat it for too many meals in a row.
Thanks,
Elizabeth

Just subscribed! I love this website. I check it out every day…I may be becoming obsessed! There’s so much to learn about couponing! I love it. Thanks for all the great ideas.
My biggest struggle has to be keeping the kids occupied, I have a 2 year old and a 1 year old. They both still think that “Mommy is cooking dinner,” means that DINNER IS ALREADY DONE, lol. Nope, sorry babes!

Subcribing!
The biggest struggle that I have with cooking for my family of 4, is finding something that everyone will like and eat. Therefore, we get into a habit of always having the same things. I need new ideas and would love to try this. Thanks for the giveaway and for bringing us great deals.
I am a blog subscriber and follow your blog from my blog updates. I check your site no less than 5 times per day. Thanks!
Having time to prepare is the biggest thing. The quicker the meal the better.
my biggest challenge is having the whole meal still hot once i put it all together. I’m new to the cooking thing so i need to figure out a system that works better than my current one!
I’m also already a subscriber! Thanks for all the time you put into this blog.
Oooo count me in too! When I was working my biggest struggle was time, and to put something on the table that was balanced and healthy, but now that I’m home all the time, my biggest struggle is deciding what I want to cook! I have loads of freedom now, but I still get stuck at what I want to make next. I already follow you via my blog dashboard updates, but you said by feed so I won’t post again. I keep up with the blog updates more than my feeds to be honest! Nice giveaway – thanks!!
I have multiple struggles with meal preperation…one of them being that my husband doesn’t eat left overs.

I struggle with finding things that we can all agree to eat and like.

Like so many SAHM’s these days, getting a meal prepared with a toddler and an infant is almost impossible,so a quick and easy dinner is the answer to my prayers, and pasta dishes are healthy and delicious, yet wonderful time savers!
I already subscribed some time ago. Love deals and just got my first issue for the Glamour mag deal today! Time is always a struggle when it comes to weeknight meals which I why I love cooking on the weekends! I can enjoy conjuring up some semi-elaborate meal instead of trying to get dinner on the table in time for my kids to take forever to eat, get them bathed, teeth brushed, school folders checked and into bed. Just thinking about it makes me wish for Saturday!
My biggest struggle is with picky eaters. I love to be adventurous with my cooking and try new things, but not everyone in the family has similar taste buds!
My biggest struggle are my 2 year old and 1 month old. It is hard to do most anything these days.
I subscribe.
My biggest challenge with preparing dinner for my family has to be the two picky eaters I have. Hubby and son are both very picky so it takes alot of planning out and praying to get dinner done without a fuss. Thanks for this awesome giveaway!

I’d love to enter. My biggest struggle with dinner is having a PLAN!
My biggest struggle is planning ahead–I always seem to wait til the last minute!
Ha! Biggest struggle… Good one Mindi… 4 people: one won’t eat mushrooms, olives, seafood, anything with BBQ, anything smoked. One won’t eat onions or anything with more than like 4 ingredients. One can’t digest beef or pork, One won’t eat cheese or onions or most meat that isn’t ground meat. Try planning around THAT! LOL!
My biggest struggle is trying to make dinners as healthy as possible while staying in my grocery budget. I try to make as much from scratch as possible.
My struggle – I never know when my husband will get home from work! My son and I eat by 6pm every night and then my husband eats when he gets home.

Honestly since I started doing all of the cooking for the week on Sunday, I really don’t have any struggles getting dinner on the table in a timely matter. Most nights all I have to do is pull it out of the fridge, warm it up and put it on the table. Simple!
I do still struggle trying to come up with a weeks worth of meals all at once. We try to do at least one new meal a week and then the rest we pick from meals that we liked from previous weeks.
A big struggle is trying to find easy filling meals for a sit down dinner with a full evening schedule.
My biggest struggle preparing dinner is finding the time and energy to do so after a long day at work.
My biggest struggle right now is being in the first trimester. I have no energy plus smells are making me sick. These meals would be so much help right now.

My biggest struggles are also keeping the kids (ages 4 & 2) occupied, picky kid eaters, and managing spills/crumbs everywhere. I usually feed my kids within 15 minutes of walking in the door, otherwise they start whining for TV, computer time, and snacks. My husband and I eat later, and we are more adventurous with our food.
I don’t subscribe to your RSS Feed because I still haven’t figured out exactly what that means! I do check your blog several times a week. Thanks!
my biggest struggle is boredom. i fall back to the same ideas over and over and then get uninspired and eat out too much…

I agree with the other Kelly. My greatest struggle is making new stuff. I like the same old. When we don make something new it usually goes over well. I don’t like eating red meat too much, but my husband is somewhat adverse to chicken. I am blessed in the fact that if you don’t eat what I make you don’t eat. My kids 5 and 1 eat whatever I make , my husband too. They may not be happy, but they eat it. Also the chicken alfredo macaroni grill went over well at my house- I wasn’t sure if there would be enough noodles or chicken, so I added a little extra and there was enough sauce to cover it all. Just for those who may need a little extra,
The hardest part is finding something different to make for some picky eaters I have. I get tired of serving the same couple of meals each week!
Our biggest struggle is fixing a dinner that everyone can enjoy instead of having to fix two separate meals so that everyone is happy. We use the slow cookers and crock pots alot.

I just subscribed. But I have been a follower for over 6 months. Love your blog. Great information is to be had.

My biggest struggle is finding something that will please all four kids. They have such different tastes. My husband is great and will try about anything, but the kids…
We love Macaroni Grill and were sad when we moved to a place without one. I’m happy to see them having items in the grocery store, if only they weren’t so pricey!
Biggest struggle is getting dinner on the table fast enough! DH and I both work full time and we have a toddler. He is usually starving by the time we walk in the door. I try to use the crock pot sometimes, but there are only so many dishes you can leave for 9 hours.
Love Macaroni Grill, but they closed the 2 locations close to us:( Would love to try these!

I think our family goes in spurts. We do really good at meals and meal planning and then there comes a point where I don’t want to think about making another meal. Which I know is pointless since we have to eat right. So those nights are the hardest.
