Do not select that you don’t have acne or it won’t give it to you. I had to go on my husband’s mac (different browser) and then I selected moderate acne (I am getting this for my brother) and it worked.

Thanks for letting me know. I just ordered my sample. If you’re having problems, be sure to clear your cookies and cache in your browser. I had to switch over from Firefox to IE to order.

It will tell you that you don’t qualify-doesn’t matter what you select. Guess they are trying to advertise that itdoesn’t work if no type of acne qualifies!

Burt’s Bees confuses me something terrible. LOL Remember the whole giveaway thing and you never knew when the site will go live each day? And, now this. How late in the day on the 10th are they going to wait?
