It is 95,000 degrees here (ok – that may be a SLIGHT exaggeration…but it’s HOT!) and I could SO go for a Rita’s Lemon & Chocolate with the chocolate on top. Why the chocolate on top? It’s a science, really. By the time you have finished eating the chocolate water ice, enough of it has melted down in to the lemon water ice to make the lemon water ice even yummier! I know – it sounds crazy, but I’ve been eating the exact same water ice since I was about 6 years old and we moved to the Philadelphia area and I first learned about water ice! And no…I DO NOT think I am caught in a “Water Ice Rut”!
