Went to Rite Aid and got 2 bottles for $8.99. Took a $4 Q and a $5Q to the register. The cashier told me I could only use 1 Q since if she put both of them in they would owe me money. I asked her (politely or course) to get a manager. He came over and changed the coupon price to $4.99 so I could use both Q’s. Cashiers need know how to handle the Q “problem”. Thanks for your post.

I went to a Rite Aid and got 2 bottles of Ester-C for $8.99 and 2 bottles for $11.49 my total came up to $20.48 .I gave the cashier four (4) $5Q which brought my balance to $.48. The cashier stated that something was not right. The cashier consulted with the store manager who told her that I could only use two (2) $5Q because i was getting the other 2 bottles free with the BOGO sale. I ended up informing the manager that I would go to another store.

My question is – What do you do when a manager tells the customer that you can only use 1Q on a BOGO sale. Is there a written policy that I can refer to for this problem.

    Thank you
