I was told by the manager at my local Rite Aid and a Publix manager that these coupons were fraud. There is a reward for information about who created them.

Both managers are misinformed and were probably looking for a reason not to accept your coupons!
Rite Aid frequently makes these kinds of coupons available through Coupons.com and they are 100% legitimate.
I would suggest calling Rite Aid corporate and asking them to contact your local store manager to ensure him/her that it is ok to accept the coupon. The phone number for Rite Aid is: 1-800-RITE-AID
Thanks! The coupon they are both not accepting is the same Rite Aid coupon but it is not produced by coupons.com. Not the one attached to this link. There is another coupon circulating that looks the same but is not valid nor produced by coupons.com. It looks like something someone created to look identical without the veriFI information.
