You do not need more than one computer to print the value video coupons. It allows you to choose the amount you want to print.
I had to whip out the “Rite Aid Corporate Coupon Policy” for the store manager today when I was getting the BOGO Cover Girl offer with my BOGO Cover Girl coupon. She even tried to pull the “It’s not what’s pictured in the picture”. It’s the wording that counts, Ms.Manager. Wound up with $30 worth of stuff for $3.41.
She did have this look in her eye that I was trying to steal from them and I’m sure in the future she’ll “keep her eye on me” whenever I walk in. Good thing there are 5 Rite Aids between my home and school/work etc!

Christa- It was almost the same scenario that happened to me when I visitied a rite aid about 3 weeks ago. I had manufaturers coupon for every product that I purchased and for some of them I also had rite aid video value coupons and the $5 off $20 video value coupon. The assistant store manager rang me up and my total oop was $1.10. He was adamant that he got it wrong, so he tried it all over again and then again once more. I was kinda getting frustrated since I was at the checkout counter for almsot 10 minutes. He then aksed me where I got the video value coupons from( Asst Store Manger..and you dont know..you gotta be kidding me!) So I explained to him. Then he mumbled under his breath that rite aid needs to change its coupon policy and I was agitated and asked him to repeat what he said. He just turned around and said he was talking to himself. It left me feeling quite embarrased and as though I stole from them. So, I got my stuff and promptly called Rite Aid customer service( I found their number on the receipt) and explained to them what had happened. Of course, they appologized and it made me feel slightly better and they told me that this information would be passed on to Corporate. A week later I got a letter in the mail from the District Manager saying that he looked into the sitution and that I was right doing what I did and he was sorry for the way I was made to feel. He told me that should I have any problems of this nature in future, I should call his office directly. I now have his number handy. Hope I dont have to use it though! If Corporate doesnt know what’s happening at their stores, they cannot fix the problem. Maybe you should try calling CS and let them know. Good Luck!

This is such a great week at Rite Aid! I’ve already done four transactions and will go back several more times this week to stock up on the free Cover Girl, John Frieda, Biore, and Gillette. I love Rite Aid!!

How do you get multiple VV Q’s for each product? I understand using multiple computers, but do you have to create accounts with different emails and names? Do they condone that as well? Thank you!
