The fine print at the bottom of the rebate form says limit 3 rebate forms per household. Hope this helps!
Hey…here’s another great deal for this rebate! My Target has the Nature’s Source for 2.99 but then they have a Target$1 off coupon & other’s have a manu $1 off coupon. I stacked them & paid 99 cents for each! With the rebate it will be a $2.03 Money Maker!
