Just spend $50 on men’s pants or jeans at Sears between now and June 21st and submit this rebate form to get $50 back in Sears Reward Cash to use on future Sears Mens purchases!

(some exclusions do apply…the one that I noticed the most is that it doesn’t include Lands End)
