How do you fill out the rebate forms? I’m new to the rebate game so submitting a rebate is totally foreign to me. Do you fill it out online or is there a form I have to pick up in the store?

I went to Staples in Limerick on Sunday and they would not take my $5 off $20 coupon or any $1.00 Bic coupons. They said that they cannot combine these with other offers and therefore I didn’t get to use them.
I did however go online and submit for my rebates.
