Sunday Coupon Insert Preview | September 30, 2012

As a reminder, the value of the coupons that you find in your newspaper may vary from the value in the provided link! In addition, all of the stores in my area double coupons up to $.99 (so a $.75 coupon has a value of $1.50). If the stores in your area don’t double or your paper is more expensive, you may not find the coupons as valuable as I do!

Check out Sunday Coupon Preview for the complete listing of coupons. There should be 4 inserts this week: a SmartSource, a Redplum, a Proctor & Gamble and a Pepsi Moments To Save insert

Don’t understand the terms or abbreviations that I use? Be sure to read my Coupon Lingo post!

Coupons of Note

:: SmartSource Coupons

Colgate $.75/1 toothpaste 4oz+: goes on sale for $2 or less at most stores, making it cheap after doubled coupon

Eggland’s Best $.50/1 eggs: once this coupon is doubled, you can often pick up Eggland’s Best eggs for a cheaper price than many store-brand coupons

Franks $.75/1 Redhot sauce: It’s football season, so we should see some good deals on Frank’s!

Joint Juice $1/1 product: Assuming there are no size restrictions on this coupon, you can often find the single-serve bottles on sale for $1, making them Free after coupon

SeaPak $.75/1 product: goes on sale Buy 1 Get 1 Free all the time. Hold on to this coupon until one of those sales

Splenda $2/1 Nectresse Natural No Calorie Sweetener product: This is a new product, so we should see some good sales

:: RedPlum Coupons

all $2/2 liquid, powder or mighty pacs laundry detergent 24 loads+: a bit of a bummer, because this is often a $2/1 coupon…so hold on to this until it is Buy 1 Get 1 (if your store will allow you to use an “off 2” coupon on a BOGO sale – not all will)

Dove coupons: should pair up with some nice sales – we will have to see

Fleischmann’s yeast & Karo syrup coupons: once again – it’s baking season and these are more products for which we usually only see coupons when the weather is cooler

TRESemme Buy 1 shampoo AND 1 conditioner, get styling product free ets up to $6: TreSemme is always going on sale at the drug stores. This should make for some great deals

:: Proctor & Gamble Coupons

the standard coupons – there aren’t really any that are particularly high-value

:: Pepsi Moments To Save Coupons

Pepsi $1/2 NEXT 2-liter bottles: hold on to this until 2-liters are on sale for $1 (happens at my stores about every 3-4 weeks)

Starbucks $2/2 4pk Frappuccino or Doubleshot espresso: these go on sale for as low as $3.99 per 4-pack

So how many copies of the paper would I buy?
