I am definitely going to give these a try. I have a 2nd grader and a kindergartener too, but we are on year round, so they have been in school for a while, but I wish I would have had this recipe. The pumpkin is the 15 oz. size right?

I’ve made this as a cake many times, and boy was my extended family impressed at my baking skills! I’ve never tried them as muffins, but it sounds like a great idea.

If you make it in to 12 muffins, they are 3 points each!
