I’m assuming that this rebate comes in the form of one of those Prepaid Visa cards. They refer to it as a “Rewards Card”, but everything that I read on the form indicates that it will be a prepaid Visa.
Anyway…
Purchase $20 worth of Swiffer refills between 4/1/10 and 6/30/10 and send your receipts, original UPCs and this rebate form to request your $10 Rebate/Rewards card.
Request must be postmarked by 7/30/10
