about 5/6 years ago signed up for the Upromise program at our Shoprite in Somers Point n.j. We signed up for our Grandson Jack Amorosi who lives in Bradenton Fla. (benificiary is his mom Kimberly Amorosi) Well everything was fine Kim was able to track our purchases and see what was being deposited in Jacks account from our purchases. Then she realized that for at least the last 5/6 months nothing was being added to Jacks account from our purchases! What happened?? We did nothing different–still used our price plus card for every purchase —why are we not getting credit for this?? Called store—called U Promise and they have no record of us!!!! WHAT HAPPENED!!! Do we have to resign up? Are there new rules to the program?? Why can’t anyone help me? Am completly baffled!! Hoping you can straighten this mess out. Thank you very much—Barbara Amorosi
