My RR for dry idea did not print out, i did not use a of any type to purchase, and the manager informed me that if i used any coupon for the product i was not eligible to recieve the rr, is that true and has anyone else had that problem?
The problem is, I don’t have a Wags near me, so I don’t shop there (they have been building one near me for what seems like forever)
As far as I know, using a manufacturers coupon has nothing to do with if you get a RR. HOWEVER, if you used a RR from that manufacturer to pay for a RR deal, they won’t print (so you could pay for a Dry Idea RR deal with, for example, a RR that you got from Cheerios, but not a RR you got from Dry Idea).
Most likely, the RR machine wasn’t working. I would take it back to the store and ask them to re-ring the transaction and if they won’t do it, just return it!
