I live in Collegeville and have been seeing signs along Township Line Road towards Limerick that read “NO to WALMART”… Do you know what this is all about?? Does that mean we are getting a Walmart in the neighborhood???

they have been trying to bring a Sam’s Club or Walmart in for years (right at the Royersford 422 exit). It was stalled when WM refused to pay for the road improvements/enhancements that the township required and everyone thought that was the end of it. But from what I hear, Walmart has renewed their interest in coming to the area and is now ready to negotiate the road-improvement requirements….and more and more people are thinking that it will go through this time.
