Place all items in the bowl of a stand mixer. Using the flat beater, beat until smooth, about 4 minutes
Alternatively, mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth
Fill the molds or ice cube tray with the "ice cream"
Freeze until firm, about 3 hours (depending on the size of your molds)
Gently peel back the mold to release the treats
Store in an airtight container or bag in the freezer for up to 2 months
