Preheat oven to 375.
Spread melted butter in to the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish.
Open amd separate rolls. Set icing packet aside
Cut each roll into 8 pieces and place in buttered dish.
In a bowl, beat together eggs, cream, cinnamon and vanilla and continue beating until well blended.
Pour mixture over rolls.
Sprinkle with pecans and drizzle with syrup.
Bake 20-24 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool.
Drizzle with icing and sprinkle with powdered sugar
