- 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
- 2 cup Greek yogurt plain, unsweetened
- 2 tablespoon powdered sugar more or less to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Beat the Greek yogurt until it is smooth
- Add vanilla and whisk to continue
- Add powdered sure and stir vigorously to remove any lumps
- Place silicone popsicle mold on a flat surface (like cutting board or baking sheet)
- Fill the molds to the top, tapping to release any air bubbles. Place the popsicle sticks in the mold.
- Place mold (on the cutting board or baking sheet) in the freezer for 6 hours or until completely frozen.
- Remove popsicles from mold and enjoy!
