Yogurt popsicles are the perfect blend of refreshing, creamy and tangy. They are ideal for those hot days when you need something light but satisfying. These are great for a late-night snack when you might be craving ice cream, but want something a little more healthy. They also make for a healthier snack for the kids (the might also like my all-natural grape popsicles)!

Why you'll love these yogurt pops
- Healthy(ish): made with Greek yogurt, they are packed with protein and lower in sugar than traditional ice cream or store-bought popsicles.
- Simple ingredients: only 4 ingredients, most of which you probably already have on hand.
- Quick prep: takes just 10 minutes to assemble a batch before they go in the freezer.
- Customizable: swap out raspberries for other fruits or sweeteners to match your mood or dietary needs (see suggestions below)
Ingredients

To make these creamy and fruity yogurt popsicles, you will need:
- fresh or frozen raspberries - these give a tart burst of flavor
- unsweetened Greek yogurt - thick, creamy and full of protein! You can use unsweetened vanilla yogurt as well or even just plain yogurt, but they won't be as creamy.
- powdered sugar - optional (adjust to your taste). If you decide to use flavored Greek yogurt, you may not need any additional sweetener.
- vanilla extract - adds depth and warmth to the Greek yogurt popsicles
- wooden popsicle sticks
- popsicle molds - I like the ones that lay flat because I think the popsicles release easier, but you can use ones you already have.

Variations
The beauty of yogurt popsicles is how versatile they are! You can really use any frozen fruit or fresh fruit, but try some of these fun ideas:
Flavor swaps:
- Mixed berry: use a combination of raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries (Costco has a berry blend in the frozen section that I highly recommend!)
- Tropical: substitute pineapple and/or mango chunks and add a little lime zest. You can even add some coconut flakes if you don't mind the texture.
- Blueberry Lemon: substitute blueberries and add some lemon zest
- Chocolate Cherry: use frozen cherries and add 1 teaspoon cocoa powder to the yogurt mixture or swirl in some mini chocolate chips
Sweetener Options
- Honey or maple syrup: these are natural sweeteners that pair beautifully with yogurt
- Powdered monk fruit or erythritol: for a low-carb keto-friendly option. Just be aware that these tend to be less sweet than powdered sugar so you may need to adjust the quantity.
- Agave: a great vegan alternative to honey
Special Diet
- Dairy-free: use dairy-free Greek yogurt to make them 100% dairy-free and vegan
- High protein: add a scoop of your favorite protein powder to up the protein in them (you may need to add a little liquid like some milk or almond milk)
- Make them for your puppy: skip the sweetener and berries and add some mashed banana and peanut butter (or check out my homemade frozen dog treats recipe)

How to store them
Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and wrap each on in parchment paper or plastic wrap. Store in a freezer-safe bag or container for up to 2 weeks.
They probably won't last that long, though. These are the kinds of treats that disappear fast - especially on hot days!
