Ingredients
- ¼ c brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon Lawry’s seasoned pepper
- 1 Cedar Plank
- 3 pound salmon
- 2 green peppers
- 1 vidalia onion
- 1 zucchini
- Lawry's Balsamic Herb Marinade
Instructions
- Cut the peppers, onion and zucchini in 1” pieces. Toss with the Lawry's marinade and allow to sit for at least an hour.
- Prepare Cedar Plank according to instructions.
- Mix brown sugar and seasoned pepper and rub over Salmon. Let sit for 20 minutes.
- Grill according to Cedar Plank instructions.
