The dog days of summer are here and staying hydrated is more important than ever. It is especially important to remember to keep drinnking fluids in the summer, even when you don't feel thirsty. By the time you start to feel actual thirst, you are usually already dehydrated!
With 3 kids running around outside (as well as all their friends), the refrigerator in the garage needs to be constantly stocked with drinks. We like to have a nice variety for them at all times - from plain water to flavored waters and even the occasional soda for them. Anything to keep them drinking!
All those drinks don't come cheap, so we are always looking to save money. Sam's Club is a great place to stock up on Coca Cola products . Not only can you buy in bulk, reducing the need to more trips to the store to re-stock, but they have great prices on some of your favorite brands like NOS®, Dasani®, Powerade®, Fuze® and Vitamin Water®.
We like to buy a variety of drinks, but usually concentrate on plain water. In the summer, it is not uncommon to see almost an entire case of water in the chest freezer in the garage. It lets the kids grab an "ice bottle" and have ice cold water while it melts in the heat!
