Want a snack but don't really want to make anything or heat up the oven? Try this recipe for 5 Minute Coffee Cup Cake! To make this you will need:
- 1 standard 10 oz coffee cup
- ½ stick (4 TBS/ 57 grams) butter
- ¼ cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee or espresso powder
- ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 Tbs mayonnaise, light mayo works too
- 1 egg 1 pinch salt
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Tbs flour
- 1 handful bittersweet chocolate chips
