Here's a great new salad recipe to add to your summer menus. This 5 Minute Corn Salad will need:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 package of frozen white corn or fresh from the cob
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped basil, rosemary or your choice of favorite herb
- salt and pepper to taste
