These are some of my favorite recent posts:
Amy at MomAdvice wrote about The Cost of a Homemade Happy Meal
Kacie at Sense to Save wrote a great piece about why it's ok to be upside-down in a mortgage if you can afford your payments and aren't planning on moving. Read it here
This isn't just a post...it's a whole site! I don't know how I found them, but Once A Month Mom looks like a great site. I'm looking to get in to Once A Month Cooking (OAMC) and from the time I spent on the site, it looks like they give you the menu at the beginning of the month, and then you spend the month shopping and getting your ingredients at the best prices. I also very much like that she provides OAM recipes for breakfast, lunch AND dinner. Check this site out when you get a chance. Even if you don't want to get in to the whole "spending a day making 18 entrees to freeze" thang, there are plenty of freezer-ready recipes that you can take to create your own OAMC day!
I'm going to finally out myself as a stalker of Mary at My New 30. She posted a recipe for Shrimp & Angel Hair pasta. Um...yeah...YUM! (oh - and she's building this whole vegetable garden thing that I LOVE!)
And because I like to give you something funny....I love Chick Fil'A. Love isn't a strong enough word....I BIG PUFFY HEART them! Seriously, anyone with Diet Dr. Pepper as a fountain selection will always hold a special place in my heart. But this guy loves them even more than me! Click here to watch a very funny music video about one guy's love of Chick Fil'A!

Mindi,
Glad you like our site! And thanks for telling others about it. I am excited to hear about you starting OAMC, you can do it! It really does make life so much easier!
I love your site characterizations. They are great. And great content too!

Hey Mindi - thanks so much for the mention!! And it's okay, you can stalk all you like... I know a lot of my recipes are well, not WW or light, though there are a 'few' of those scattered about on my blog. I swear. There really are! 😉
