Best Deal of The Week: 5/6/09

I haven't set foot in a grocery store since my last Deal of The Week post (although I did have Brad stop on the way home from work on Monday for milk & bananas). 

We had a fairly large party on Saturday night and, as usual, I overcooked for it (after all....you never know when one of your guests might show up with a small army and demand to be fed and nothing horrifies me more than the thought of running out of food).  We've been eating the leftovers and living from the stockpile.  I should need to buy something more than milk, bread and produce by the end of this week.

In lieu of posting my own deals, here are some of my favorite deals that you can pick up:

Genuardi's/Safeway Stores:  this is the last few days of the Living Well catalina deal!  It's really been great for us, especially for me to get a whole bunch of water for free for a school event, Capri Sun for a net cost of $1.33 box ($.30 below my "stock up like crazy price"...and that is without the $1 coupons that are available) and much more

Target:  the Glade Fragrance collection Gift Card deal.  These tiny little moneymaker candles can throw a scent through an entire house like nothing I have ever seen before.  I don't know if they are just "overscented" or if it has something to do with them being soy candles, but I am in love!

Kellogg's Coupons:  all the $1 coupons on Coupons.com are making for some very cheap cereal.  It seems almost every store has a way to get Kellogg's cereal for under $1 this week (when you use the coupons)
