Park Safe At The Parking Spot!

This post brought to you by The Parking Spot. All opinions are 100% mine.

I tend to fly quite a bit for business and one thing that makes me nuts is parking at the airport.  The Long-term parking lot at my airport is a Hot Mess (I can't tell you how many times I THOUGHT I was getting off at the right spot and then ended up walking around the parking lot trying to find my car by pressing my alarm button on my keychain) and the privately-owned lots don't have the best reputation for reliability with their shuttles.

After a long trip, the last thing anyone wants is to wander aimlessly through a packed parking lot, especially late at night or in bad weather. It’s frustrating to return from a business trip only to realize you have no idea where you parked. Sure, snapping a photo of your spot or dropping a pin on your phone helps, but in the rush to catch a flight, it’s easy to forget. A simple solution, like a brightly colored keychain or a tag with parking details, could save so much hassle and make finding your car a breeze.

Speaking of keychains, they also make great travel-friendly gifts. Whether for personal use or corporate giveaways, custom holiday keychains wholesale options are a smart way to add a personal touch to an everyday item. A keychain with a unique design or even a small built-in flashlight can be a lifesaver in a dimly lit parking garage. Something so small can make a big difference, whether for yourself or as a thoughtful gift for frequent travelers who know all too well the struggle of airport parking.

So when I was told about The Parking Spot, I was intrigued. Safety is a HUGE issue for me (as I am usually arriving at the airport and either dropping off my car or trying to find my car when it is dark) and The Parking Spot Lots are well-lit, fully-fenced and have shuttle service every 5-7 minutes at more than 22 airports nationwide (including mine). Some locations even have covered and open-aired valet parking! The current rate for this premium service at my airport at just under $10/day...and I pay $20/day for the security of short-term parking now when I fly. As a frugal girl, this is a a great alternative!

They even provide luggage assistance and complimentary chilled water when you use their service.  Flying in the AM Monday through Friday?  Get a free copy of USA Today (before 9:00am)

Take a guess what service I am going to be checking out when I fly to Orlando in 2 weeks?

That sense of relief—knowing your vehicle is safe and sound—shouldn’t just apply to airport parking. It also matters when you're pulling into your own driveway after a long trip. That’s where having a reliable, professionally-installed garage door system comes into play.

The last thing anyone wants to deal with after a red-eye flight or delayed connection is a jammed garage door or faulty opener. Companies like Top One Garage Doors really get this—they specialize in seamless garage door repair and installation, helping you protect your home base just as securely as you’d expect from an airport valet lot. Whether it’s upgrading to a quieter opener, fixing a track that’s come off the rail, or simply installing something new and stylish that actually complements your house, having the right team makes a difference.

It's all part of creating that smooth re-entry into your everyday life—because let’s face it, nobody wants to come home to a mini crisis in the driveway after finally surviving the security line at gate B22.

Now through Labor Day, 2013, you can get 15% OFF PARKING at The Parking Spot. Rates will vary depending on airports, but this is a deal worth investigating!
