    What is On Sale The Month of November

    November kicks off the holiday shopping season, and there are plenty of deals to be had throughout the entire month, not just on Black Friday. You'll also get to save money on Halloween clearance and find some great grocery deals.

    Here is what is on sale the month of November:

    :: Grocery & Drugstore Deals in November

    In-season produce: avocadoes, cabbages, celery, cranberries, carrots, dill, huckleberries, lemons, tangerines, pineapple, pears, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, squash, turnips, yams.

    Thanksgiving sales: turkey, ham, sweet potatoes, boxed stuffing, boxed potatoes, canned gravy, cranberries, frozen dinner rolls, apples, canned pumpkin.

    National Diabetes Month: sugar-free candies, juices, low-sugar snacks and cereals.

    Baking sales: pie crusts, fruit fillings, sugar, four, baking soda, condensed milk, spices, baking nuts, chocolate chips, whipping cream, baking spray, muffin cups.

    Great American Smokeout: Smoking cessation patches, nicotine gum and lozenges, chewing gum.

    Household cleaning product sales: Oven cleaners, gloves, sponges, carpet cleaner, mops, brooms.

    :: Other November Sales

    Halloween clearance: costumes, candy, decorations, party plates and cups, candles, treat bags.

    End-of-the-season clearance: fall decorations, tools, lawn care items, fall jackets and apparel, any remaining back to school items, patio furniture, grills, potted plants.

    Black Friday sales: Retailers go all out for the day after Thanksgiving, and you can find amazing deals on just about anything you can imagine. Toys, books, puzzles, video games, and clothes are all on sale for kids. Housewares, apparel, shoes, and jewelry are all on sale for adults. You'll also find plenty of sales on kitchen accessories, bakeware, and pots and pans to get ready for Christmas cooking and baking.

    Cyber Monday sales: Cyber Monday is the best time to look for online deals. It is the Monday after Thanksgiving, and many retailers offer free shipping, early-bird specials, and exclusive online-only products. Be sure to check out as soon as our shopping cart is ready. These deals go fast, and until the items are paid for, they are still up for anyone to grab.

    Electronics sales: Televisions, DVD players, cameras, and personal electronics all go on sale in November. Keep an eye out in the Sunday circulars and compare deals to online offers. While there are great deals to be had on Black Friday, you might be better off waiting until Cyber Monday or after. Also, make sure that you are actually getting a deal. Some advertised offers are only a few dollars cheaper than the original prices. Retailers rely on the hype of Black Friday to sell items that aren't deeply discounted.
