One thing that I hear over and over from family and friends is "I want to save money, but I don't have time to clip coupons or head to a bunch of different stores!". For many of them, saving money can be as simple as switching over to store brands!

I was asked to try some Dollar General brand products and provide my honest opinions. As you can see from the photo above, I went with the Clover Valley line of food products. I didn't notice any difference in quality or (and my daughter can be picky about her applesauce and graham crackers) and I was able to pick them up for much less than the name-brand eqivalent. I have to tell you though - if my children were still babies and in diapers, I would have very much liked to have taken the diapers for a test drive!
