    Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

    Ever since I did my juice fast, I have been addicted to juices and smoothies and this strawberry banana smoothie is just the perfect breakfast.  This is my go-to smoothie!

    I make it even easier by cutting up all my fruits in advance and making little freezer bags full of the right amount of strawberries and bananas and freeze them.  When I am ready to make a smoothie, I just grab a bag out of the freezer and dump them in to my BlendTec!

    Most of the time, I also like to add blueberries to this strawberry banana smoothie.  The color ends up not being quite as pretty, but it is delicious!

    Hennyway - to make this strawberry banana smoothie, you will need:

    Ingredients:

    • 1 sliced Banana
    • 1 cup cut Strawberries
    • 1 cup Ice
    • 6 oz Vanilla Yogurt
    • ¼ cup Milk
    • 2 teaspoon Honey

    Directions:

    1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
    2. Blend until ice is completely crushed and smoothie is...well....smooth!

      This smoothie was great! I make them every morning for my girlfriend and she loves it. I sometimes add orange juice to add a little variety. Also, I use different flavors of yogurt for a real nice kick. I would highly recommend this recipe for anyone!
