With only 2 weeks to go until Christmas, I am starting to operate in "panic mode". I haven't done much shopping yet and, this year I am in charge of making 6 cookie trays for family. My sister usually is the one making the cookie trays but she recently had surgery so the duty has fallen to me.
Good thing that I have lots and lots of cookie recipes to choose from!
I should be about 15 pounds heavier by the time this is over!
