    Peppermint Cheesecake Santa Hats

Like pumpkin flavor in the Fall, once December rolls around, we like to put peppermint flavoring in to everything! From my Peppermint Oreo Truffles to spiking my water with Peppermint Essential Oil and even making homemade Peppermint Patties, I just can't get enough of it!

So if we are going to make a cheesecake, why not make it peppermint? And use an Oreo crust? And strawberries? And homemade whipped cream (or you can use the store-bought stuff)? And if it wouldn't ruin the look of it, I probably would have drizzled some chocolate sauce on these! Maybe next time (when I don't need to take a picture)!

Anyway, to make these Peppermint Cheesecake Santa Hats, you will need:

    • 20 Oreo Cookies
    • 3 tablespoon melted Butter
    • 16 oz softened Cream Cheese, softened
    • ½ cup Sugar
    • 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
    • 2 Eggs
    • 9 Strawberries
    • Cool Whip or Whipped Cream
