I have to tell you - I don't know what to think about this weather! The kids were wearing shorts one day last week, then sweaters the next. We are supposed to be getting snow on Sunday night...and then back up in to the 70s by the middle of next week.
It's as if Nature is taunting me, because it knows that I am just dying to get out in my garden and start planting.
We will spend next week getting ready for Easter. We are always at my sister's house, which means that I will be making a big batch of Oreo Truffles to take for her dessert table. I know that everyone loves them, but sometimes I get so sick of making them (especially since I just made them to take to church this week). I guess I should take it as a compliment that everyone always asks for them!
