I THINK I'm back to work!

First of all - THANK YOU for all of your wonderful supportive comments yesterday! When you have a website/blog that depends on very "time sensitive information", you are concerned that your readers will be upset when you take time off for ANY reason.  Thanks for letting me know that I am not just a source of info to you...that you are also concerned about ME.

It's 6:20am and I just woke up and for the first time in 2 days, I was able to actually get out of bed in under 20 minutes (it only took 5 minutes) and was able to walk.

Even better, I am able to sit upright without major pain, which means that I can work at the computer!  Woohoo! (of course, the fact that I am on Valium, Percocet AND prescription-strength Motrin may have something to do with it)

As long as I continue to be ok, expect a MASSIVE flurry of posts today!  I'm going to catch up on a few freebies and coupons that were released in the last 2 days, then get straight to work on Genuardi's (always my easiest grocery post to do), then Acme, then the rest of the regularly scheduled weekend posts.

Oh - and for my local readers:  if you ever need to go to the ER, Paoli hospital is wonderful! I delivered Elizabeth there and knew that the maternity ward was first-rate....but after using a few other local ERs for various accidents for my children, I will never take them anywhere but Paoli again!

I had the nicest nurses in the ER! I had Elaine for the first hour and then when she went home, I switched to Karen. I also had Dr. Duane Godshall. ALL of them were absolutely wonderful! If you know any of them, please feel free to pass my comments along to them!

I am so glad you are back up and running. Back pain is a absolutely awful. Don't overdue and have at least a semi-relaxing weekend. BTW I love your blog. I love your humor and wit. Take good care.

Glad to hear you are feeling better . Relax over the long weekend. I remember how horrible, frustrating and painful it was when I caught my back a while back. You can't sit, stand or lie down comfortably ...It literally seems like a festive occasion when you don't feel the twinges of pain anymore.

Mindy, so glad you are feeling better. You are right, Paoli's ER is the best! I love your site, but taking care of yourself is most important.

So glad to hear you are at home and doing better! Praying you'll be able to be pain free without the meds, real soon.
People first......don't ever worry about anyone missing a deal when you can't function 🙂
I'd still read your blog even if you never posted another deal; you have a fantastic sense of humor and your comments crack me up!

Glad to see you're feeling better. You didn't let any grass grow under you today! Take care of yourself! I totally appreciate all your hard work. Some people think it's my own brain and fabulous memory that helps me get all these good deals. Ha.

I just delivered my second child at Paoli last week (via c-section, so I was also on the Perc!) Even if I move 1,000 miles away I would still come back to deliver there again. What a top-notch place-- I love the nurses at Paoli! They had to kick me out because we didn't want to leave. I could have stayed a few more days. 😉 Glad you are feeling better!

      Mindi,
So glad you are feeling better! I was happy to see your support of Paoli's ER. I've been there more times than I can count (3 kids in sports) and have been very pleased each and every time! Delivered child #3 there and the care was TOP RATE. I would recommend Paoli to anyone, even if you have to drive past another hospital on the way!

Hey Debbie - in fact I DID drive right past Phoenixville to get there. It takes of 30 minutes with no traffic to get to Paoli, Phoenixville is 20 minutes and Pottstown is 15 minutes.

But I was in so much pain that day, I was determined to go to Paoli!
