If I was one of the lucky recipients, I would buy my kids raincoats and rain boots. We just a got a puppy and they don't want to take him out in the rain or wet grass because they don't want to "ruin" their shoes or new coats. This would take care of that! Why does it always have to be me standing out in the rain???
