5 Essential Oils Blends That Rock!

April 20, 2015 by Mindi Cherry

5 Young Living Essential Oil Blends that Rock

Young Living makes pretty awesome essential oils. The blends have been perfectly combined to rock your world, but more importantly, to work just like they say they will.

Read on for five Young Living Essential Oils that rock.

Thieves

We all know that the Thieves blend is uber popular, but why all the hype? Is it all that? Yes, yes it is (don't forget to check out my 15 Ways To Use Thieves post!). Thieves essential oil blend is antibacterial which means that it is a natural germ killer. Feeling sick? Diffuse it. The whole house is sick? Break out the big guns and make an all-natural cleaner with Thieves and go to town on your phone, doorknobs, and of course the kitchen and bathroom to disinfect every surface germ-y hands have touched.

En-R-Gee

You wake up and you are not feeling that rockin spirit take over just yet. Make a cup of coffee and put a few drops of En-R-Gee into the diffuser. After a few minutes you will start to feel alive as En-R-Gee stimulates your senses and brain waking up every cell in your body. You feel more alert, more creative, and have enough energy to get through the crazy day ahead!

Getting Started With Essential Oils and Where To Buy Them

RutaVaLa

After a day of going full throttle, you might need bit of help to calm down and fall into a deep, restful sleep. RutaVaLa has both Valerian Root and Lavender essential oils (and make sure to read about the many uses of Lavender oil) which pushes stress and tension right out of the body. RutaVaLa also helps to remove any lingering, nagging or negative feelings and help you to find a moment of peace.

Valor

Valor is one of those essential oils that you want to pull out when you have a big meeting with a client or the boss. It is also great to use when you need to talk to your kids or spouse about something important. Valor contains essential oils like Frankincense and Spruce that are used for empowerment and strength. The Blue Tansy and Rosewood help with courage and giving you that little extra you need to face difficult or stressful situations. Rub it on your temples, neck or wrists for the best results.

Citrus Fresh

A very versatile and easy to use essential oil blend is Citrus Fresh. It not only is a powerhouse when it comes to cleaning up a mess, but the smell is amazing. Breathe in a little to lit those spirits up, to keep negativity down, and to have an overall feeling of positivity.  I even like to put a few drops (2 or 3) in to my water bottle.  Just don't overdo it.  Citrus oil is very potent when taken internally – don't have more than a few drops per day!
